FRANK is a private investigator in a steampunk alternate Gilded-era universe. A victim of Industrialist occult-scientific experiments to create a super soldier, FRANK seeks vengeance under the cover of a private investigator. How does he cover up that disfigured mug walking around? I haven't figured that out yet.... =)
I wanted to create a new Frankenstein...meets Hellboy meets Robocop meets Wolfenstein.
