Fracked Landscape #2

The landscape is composed of living non-carbon based coral-like rock, but the mining colonists don't know it, and they happily drill away. The colony fills in any carved out rock with processing plants. In the foreground, a surveyor is preparing a drilling operation on a new rock. A foreboding classic sci-fi movie scenario looms: "Something Bad Happens When They Drill Too Deep. Deep Space Miners. Summer 2014."

Ridley Scott's "Duelists"

Ridley Scott's "Duelists". Director, painter, storyboard artist. This film showcases all his abilities. Legend has it that Scott storyboards scenes upside down if he sits across from you. This scene takes place during Napoleon's failed Invasion of Russia. The main figure looks like an executioner over a pile of frozen dead French soldiers. The soldier's hats make them look like decapitated stumps in a cemetery. I tried to accentuate these points without screwing up Scott's masterful composition.

Logan- Lexus IS: Trace Your Road

I created storyboards and concept art for the digital projections on the car. Thanks to Logan for the opportunity and Director Alan Bibby for his awesome direction.
